Use https://openhood-dev.azurewebsites.net/support as the App Store Connect support URL. It is cleaner than a raw email address, and you can keep the public URL stable while changing your internal support workflow later.

Create support@openhood.live now and use it for App Store submission. In the short term, the mailbox can forward to your team. Later, keep this public support page unchanged and route the mailbox or a support form into the Openhood admin platform so tickets are created internally without changing the store listing.
