Help articles now show you, not just tell you. Status chips and role badges in every article render from the same source as the product, and key workflows carry clickable demos: complete an intake, process an arrival with authorisation, turn findings into a quote, and record an inspection finding, all sandboxed right in the page.
The repair order's commercial records live in one rail. The right side of the repair order detail is now a single scrollable stack: the customer report, every quote, and every invoice are name-first rows that expand in place. Quote drafting opens right there in the rail, so you price work without leaving the inspection.
Quotes, invoices, and reports carry short references. Documents on a repair order now show a compact reference built from the RO number, such as 1234Q1 for the first quote. They are search and display handles, so you can find a document by the number a customer reads out.
Roster, leave, and the Whiteboard. A new operational module brings weekly rosters, leave requests, staff clock on and off, manager timesheet review, and a shared team Whiteboard with notes and a drawing board. See Roster, leave, and the Whiteboard.

The help center is here. You are reading it. Every walkthrough uses the real Openhood interface, so what you see in the docs matches what you see in the product. Press Cmd or Ctrl plus K to search.
