- Add labour, parts, and a supplier where needed. Each line shows its total.
- Review the quote, then send it by text message.
- The customer opens a secure link and approves the items they want.
Each recommendation becomes a priced line the customer can read at a glance, with its total shown inclusive of tax.

A sent quote is locked
When you send a quote, Openhood snapshots exactly what the customer saw. To change it, undo back to draft first. This keeps the approved record honest.
Customer replies never apply themselves. An SMS reply is staged for you to confirm before anything changes; the repair order holds at Waiting Approval until you do.
After approval
Approved items become job cards and tasks for the workshop to carry out. When the work is done, you finalise an invoice for the approved items.
