Inspections turn what the technician sees into evidence the advisor can quote from. You can work entirely on a phone in the bay.
- Open the repair order on your phone and tap the inspection template.
- Work through each item, setting a severity and adding notes.
- Capture photos or video as evidence. Photos are optimised automatically.
- Use the voice assistant to dictate findings without typing. Openhood drafts the text, and you confirm it.
